The Grateful Getaway is open to all Luzerne County residents working in the following professions: First responders, including law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical services (EMS) clinicians; nurses/hospital employees; teachers/school employees; and nonprofit employees, who timely submit a legibly completed and validated entry. One entry per person. Sponsors’ owners, their employees, their immediate family members, and all persons conducting the Promotion, including the United Way, are ineligible.PROMOTION PERIOD:
Begins at 12:01:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“EST”) on 03/14/2023 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 04/02/2023, according to Sponsor’s time clock. Entries must be received and validated by the United Way within the Promotion Period to be eligible.PRIZE:
The Grateful Getaway prizes will be randomly selected and may include trips to California, Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Utah.SELECTION OF WINNERS:
United Way will conduct a random drawing on 04/03/2023 from among all eligible entries received from SurveyMonkey. Employment verification will be required for all winners.ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning each prize depend on total number of eligible entries. Each eligible entry has equal chance of winning.FEES:
No money, fee, charge, or other consideration is required to be paid to Sponsor to receive, use or redeem any prize. Prize winners responsible for all taxes and fees applicable to their prizes, travel arrangements. A $200 deposit is required to book the reservation and it will be refunded to the traveler as a rebate check after travel.
