Making an Impact Locally

By focusing on these 3 issues, our community develops successful young people, contributes to healthy lives, and supports the independence and financial stability of our residents. Local programs are funded based on their role in impacting the community through one of our following Focus Areas:

    • Building Stable Communities
Promoting positive systems and services within our community and improving the safety and security of all residents

    • Improving People’s Health
Supporting individuals with mental and physical needs, including those with disabilities, by facilitating autonomy and well-being
    • Strengthening At-Risk Populations
Empowering at-risk individuals by providing support, education, and intervention to improve their quality of life

Please see our Community Needs Assessment and our Community Impact Strategic Plan for how these areas of need were determined.
